Drive
The heart of the drive unit is an electric lift cylinder with a lifting force of 25,000 N. Installation depths of 170 mm can be achieved thanks to the small installation height.
Control
The system, which was developed in house, can be controlled using the touch panel or using the conventional RJ45 control.
Speed
Thanks to the high travel speed, the system can be adjusted from 0 – 800 mm within just 30 seconds.
Sliding bearing technology
Wear-free and maintenance-free guide rails thanks to state-of-the-art sliding bearing technology.
Aluminium profile rails
Two aluminium profile rails with latching holes arranged parallel to one another guarantee that the system locks into place securely and operates almost silently.
Positioning
Positioning via incremental encoder. Positioning heights can be set individually based on customer specifications.
Security
Maximum safety thanks to monitoring of all moving parts and safety shut-off devices.
